This year's most popular blessing word ， also the theme of the 2024 Spring Festival Gala, "Dragon Da Da." 

Do you know what that means? 

Three traditional dragons together, one dragon above, two dragons below, combined together is 龘 (da). 

The source of “龙行龘龘”, in the Kangxi dictionary, refers to the appearance of many dragons taking off together. 

In Chinese culture, the dragon is regarded as a symbol of auspiciousness, authority and strength, and "Da Da" is an ascending momentum. 

Of course, the word "dragon" is not the only one. 

One dragon is: 龍（long）

Two dragons is: 龖 (da) 

Three dragons are: 龘（da） 

Four dragons are: (zhe) 

Then do you know the origin of the word "da"?

In matrilineal society, women giving birth in ancient times would be carried by the tribal witch doctor to a large vessel consisting of several dragons. 

The child randomly passes through different dragon-shaped passages, and is born out of the mouth of the dragon. 

Different exits, they represent different branches of the tribe. Out of the mouth of the dragon is the child of the tribe. 

And this dragon-shaped vessel, called the Da 'da, became the common father of all tribes. 

Until now, some ancient villages and towns in southern Gansu Province of our country are still called Da Da. 

After listening to the above legend, the descendants of the dragon immediately understood why it is often said that our Chinese nation is "the descendants of the dragon." 

For five thousand years, the Chinese civilization is the only civilization in the world that has not been broken. 

The descendants of the Chinese nation are of the same origin and linked by blood. 

No matter what period of development and human civilization progress, we must not forget that we are the descendants of the Chinese nation and the descendants of the dragon.
