WeTalk Academy of Chinese Studies, formerly known as the Advocacy Study Center, was founded by Qian Ruzeng during the reign of the Guangxu Emperor in Shandong, China, the hometown of both Confucius and Mencius. As a traditional Chinese private school, the Advocacy Study Center imparted knowledge to students and encouraged them to do good deeds and develop learning habits, supplying lots of talented personnel for local development.
